I can't seem to be happy...
With all the stress of living in today’s world, I hear from many individuals that they are just going through the motions of each day. “I am just not happy anymore, I am so stressed with working, figuring out how to pay my bills, dealing with family issues that there is no time for me.” Sound familiar? Many people who are caring, sensitive and creative struggle with being responsible and taking care of others and their responsibilities vs. putting their own needs and wants first. It does not make you selfish to want some “me” time…it makes you human.
The good news is you can create a balance in life where you are able take care of yourself, and at the same time handle those important responsibilities of day to day life.
